OFFICIAL NWS COASTAL WATERS FORECAST

OFFICIAL MARINE FORECAST
NOAA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE · COASTAL WATERS FORECAST
ISSUED
Sat, Mar 7, 05:30 PM UTC
SYNOPSIS

Areas of sea fog are expected to continue throughout the day tonight and tonight, especially for southeast GA nearshore waters. Sea fog is likely to continue through Sunday as warm moist air pushes across the water by southeast to southerly winds, mostly found within 20 nm of the coast. Otherwise, surface high pressure near Bermuda with the axis westward into north central Florida will remain fairly stationary through Tuesday. Isolated to scattered showers and storms will develop across the waters Sunday into Monday. A more potent low pressure system looks to bring chances for showers and thunderstorms again by Thursday.
